"Disappointing first time experience.. Received Summer Poplin suit; and as stated on website; pants have a 6" drop from jacket size...52 Long should yield 46" waist. When I tried pants on; they were unbelievably snug. I measured the pants and they were actually 44" . Queried Stella and Tamara pretty much said it was my problem to fix; a tailor could alter the pants ! Deceptive, uncaring and unprofressional. First time AND a LAST time for everything."

"Poor customer service. I ordered a cashmere sweater and wondered why there was notification of shipping. It turned out after I contacted than that the color was no longer in stock. But why would’t you tell a customer that immediately and offer other colors. Poorly run and just interested in quick sales"
