"Received a piece of damaged furniture, there is a chunk of wood missing from one of the doors of the media console. I noticed it as soon as they brought it into my apt (white glove delivery). Delivery people told me to contact the company and they left the furniture with me. I filed a claim and they are sending out a “furniture touch-up kit” and that they were closing my claim and marked it as resolved. I don’t understand how this could possibly remedy the situation or why I’m responsible for trying to fix a piece of broken furniture that they sent. Not to mention, the legs are uneven and the console wobbles back and forth when all of the legs are properly screwed in (floor is level, so that’s not the issue). Waited over a month for the console and it cost approx $2k. Absolutely absurd that they aren’t replacing the console with one that isn’t damaged. I won’t ever purchase from them again. Waste of money."

"Beautiful chairs at a great price from France and Son! The white glove delivery was top-notch. It was easy to see where the drivers were and when they would arrive. Berenger and Yandel delivered the chairs and were wonderful! Very respectful and sweet. Looking forward to using France and Son and their white glove service again!"

"What amazing service! And all our years of having deliveries, this has been the absolute best service. Both gentlemen could not have been nicer and more helpful. They even tried to fix the bottom drawer that would not close on one of the nightstands and made it so easy that we are just going to swap it out for a whole new nightstand.Shang and Berenger I worth their weight in gold."

"I had a great experience with France & Son! The piece I ordered was exactly as described, beautiful quality, well made, and it arrived in perfect condition. Their customer service was also super helpful and responsive whenever I had a question. Shipping took a little time, but it was well worth the wait. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again for future home projects. Highly recommend if you’re into modern, well-designed furniture."
