Every time I am in this store I have a good experience - the store is small, yet I always find something I like - sports clothes or shoes. I was looking for some summer shoes, and this very professional store associate: Brittany L. was the person who helped me today. She not only greeted me warmly but listened passionately and suggested a suitable model and size. Moreover, she arranged the store delivery with such a unique, friendly disposition and genuine interest that demonstrates her devotion to Footaction's success as a company ) Excellent customer service + the shoes I liked&purchased = happy customer"

"It's a very small store, with a limited selection and over priced. Was looking for some sweatpants, but they were all tapered. Looks like they were for women, but it was for men. The sneakers were way over priced, and not too many styles to choose from. The employees didn't seem too interested in helping out customers, and they were too busy looking at their cell phones. I miss Modells."

"They cool I bought some sneakers. Literally the next day I came back to exchange them to a bigger size they had no problem. Better than footlocker down the block"

"Very welcoming associates that are very helpful. I went in to buy a pair of shoes for my toddler and it was a successful day; I picked up Nike Airmax's that happened to be on sale."

"Went into this store to check for some sneakers and one of the associates acted like he didn’t want to go check for me. “He stated he already knew”. And I doubt he even checked. Never went to the back like they did at footlocker up the block. More then five associates working in plain clothes and almost all had an attitude. Bruh, stop it. Your employed during a pandemic and people like me will not come back to support you because you don’t want to do your jobs!!!"
