"I received extremely poor and unpleasant service from a saleswoman who became visibly upset with me, even though I genuinely intended to make a purchase – and in the end, I did. She showed clear impatience and even anger over the fact that I asked her twice to bring me different sizes. This behavior made the entire shopping experience uncomfortable and disappointing."

"DELINNY THE MANAGER LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE. I had horrible blisters and needed socks, but they didn't have what I needed. But Delinny assisted me with some of try-on socks, which was so kind of her and helped my hurting feed perfectly. She was so kind and gracious even though I was not buying; the Foot Locker is lucky to have such a kindhearted and helpful person leading their team."

"This is the place to get those new kicks, those limited run swooshes and plenty of shoes to gander! Best customer service at any footlocker I’ve ever been to, thanks in part to the easy going staff led by Aaron, the store manager. There are even shoe stores next door that will buy/seem you used shoes, or as they call it, collector’s items (i.e. sneakers)"
