"This boutique has an amazing collection (geared towards a smaller frame) that’s a bit more “unique” than the standard VS SKU’s. I needed major help from the staff. Velvet walked me through what to consider so I didn’t ruin a surprise gift. I highly recommend her as she was super friendly, clearly a fan of the brand & had a lot of knowledge. It was like shopping with a friend. 🙏🏽"

"I just had my first shopping experience at Fleur de Mal in NYC, and it was amazing! The store has such a cozy vibe, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They really knew their stuff and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I felt so comfortable and valued throughout my visit. "Went the other evening and it's a cute store with amazing (& expensive) things. Too bad the sales girls were on their phones and barely uttered more than a weak hello. I'd probably still buy stuff online but won't bother coming back in person with service like that."

"The items are undoubtedly beautiful, though overpriced in my opinion—but that's not the main issue. The sales staff didn't even greet me or acknowledge my presence the entire time I was there, let alone offer assistance. At these price points, you'd expect not just high-quality lingerie but also an impeccable customer experience. It seems they may have forgotten that providing great service is part of their job. 😉"
