"You will take your chances ordering anything online with them. I placed an order October 22nd and it’s now November 21st and I have still not received all of my items. All I ordered was bathroom countertop accessories. I took a chance ordering online from a business I haven’t purchased from before because they had a set I had my heart set on and I’m absolutely regretting it now."

"Fine Linens is a scam and would strongly recommend buyer beware before ordering anything online from them. Purchased an item for a client which was returnable on their website and upon arrival realized it wouldn’t work and had a small scratch on the upper corner and they refused to accept the return. They later put on their website that this item was not returnable, but they added that after the fact. So I had to keep a slightly damaged, very expensive kleenex box that my client didn’t want. I purchase a lot of items for clients worldwide and seldomly find such an unprofessional, unreliable company. Buyer beware!"
