"Wow they did an incredible job to my boots!!! I brought two pairs of boots, one was an ankle pair of suede boots, and the other was a pair of knee-high leather boots. The bottom of one of my leather boots had come off, which is what spurred my visit in the first place. And then I noticed that my suede boots were also starting to have some wear and tear at the bottom, so I asked for them to be reinforced. I was quoted $100 for both boots which I thought was really reasonable, especially because they applied water repellent to my suede boots and buffed my leather boots. If you pay in cash, there’s no tax, so I paid $100 total. There’s a 50% deposit, so I put down $50 when I dropped them off on a Tuesday, and then I picked them back up on Saturday. I will definitely come back here! Update: I came back to add a grip sole to a pair of Louboutins and Fausto did a great job! He already had the material and did it within 24 hours. It was $50 total which I thought was reasonable especially given what a great job he did!"

"I bring my shoes here when they need a fix. It’s a great neighborhood spot and they do good work at fair prices. Recently brought a beautiful pair of work pumps that came apart unexpectedly. I cannot even tell which one of the two broke. Definitely recommend."

"Now the store name is Fausto Shoe Repair. The guy is friendly and the quality of his work was very good. I brought a worn out pair of sandals. I brought it to another store and that store said they can't fix it. But at here, it was beautifully fixed in just one day! I can enjoy wearing my favorite pair for another year or two (or more). The store is open from early morning till 7pm so very convenient to stop by on my way home from work. Check out the before & after pictures. And the store is nicely clean and neat, which is rare for shoe repair store."
