"Brought my favorite leather bag to Mr. Han to repair the zipper. He took the whole thing apart and did it the right way—proper craftsmanship. I’m giving him 4.75 stars. Not a full 5 only because the stitching was slightly off, but the overall work was strong. I’ve lived in Flushing for 51 years and somehow never noticed his shop, but I’ll definitely be back. Fair price, quick turnaround, and the guy’s got a great sense of humor. I’d gladly do business with him again."

"Did a terrible job glueing the leather straps of my purse straps which had come apart. They weren’t fully glued together in some parts and when I informed him about it he rudely argued with me that I purposely pulled the straps apart even though I was standing in front of him inspecting the bag upon pickup. Also some areas the glue oozed out of the straps and formed hard white blobs. The leather is black so it was very apparent and really ruined my bag. I will not return here and don’t recommend his service. He will do a mediocre job and try to argue it is your fault if you point out any issues with his work."

"Nice and weird grandpa. He love to communicate with people and care about how you like his works. He told me do not waste money and save them and give all my money to him… so weird but very nice and friendly."
