"I decided to go to this store to buy a faja because I needed assistance in determining my size. I went here and immediately asked for sizing help. Initially I thought the sales lady had experience since she works here but later I realize she doesn’t have a clue on what she’s doing. Afterwards, I went to get a MLD massage and was informed that the faja is too big and pointless. I was so annoyed because I had literally purchased the faja hours earlier and now I’m told it’s way too big (even though it felt tight). Why have someone assist clients when they have no clue on the product they are selling. Of course now I’m told I can’t exchange it. I’m out of 100+ dollars - and they lost a potential recurrent customer. I went to another place and I was told my correct size is an xs and not a medium like I was told at this place. So if you’re like me and need assistance in determining your size and/or the best faja for you - don’t bother coming here."

"Had a really good experience at this store. The lady who sold me my stage 2 faja after having lipo360/Brazilian butt lift 4 weeks ago was very knowledgeable. I ended up getting a d’prada brand faja and it’s great ! Great options at this store must check them out !"

"ABSOLUTELY MISLEADING!! Scam and liars, I was told by a Nelson that if the piece I bought didn’t fit I could exchange it for another yet come to find out from his employee that he didn’t know what the salesperson had told me and that he was confused. That the policy he told me was a mistake! Take your business elsewhere an save yourself the back and forth lies"
