"They take pride in their work. The shoe cobbler guy seemed genuinely excited to show me my shoes when I came to pick up. They look better than brand new — got some nice soles applied, re-heeled, new laces, conditioner/polish/shine — for the same price as just the soles at another shop. Very pleased & will return"

"I contacted numerous places about adding a watch link to my Yves St. Laurent watch that is discontinued. Everyone looked on eBay, etc. for an exact link and couldn’t find one. I insisted that I didn’t need an exact match, I just wanted to be able to wear my watch. I walked in here and in less than a day I walked out with my watch on. This place is well priced and aims to please. Just be ready to pay cash."
