"Had multiple interactions with Sydney before placing a custom order on a Palliser sectional. I requested confirmation on EVERYTHING, the specific pieces to be ordered, the fabric, the delivery timeframe, and of course, the best possible price. Sydney came through with flying colors - responding courteously with all details. I'm sure I tried her patience repeatedly but am very satisfied with the Emma Mason's (and in particular, Sydney's) customer service on the front end. If the delivery and installation team and the product manufacturer achieve the same standards, I will be a loyal customer and will recommend. Stay tuned: I will follow-up with a final review after the sectional arrives!"

"Samantha did a wonderful job taking our order. We originally communicated via chat on the website. She called me back right away after I called her to discuss the order via telephone. She was also able to provide a discount for white glove service being this is shipped out of state. I only hope our furniture arrives in the same manner as my communication with Samantha, which was excellent."

"Emma Mason was incredible to work with. From the ease of ordering to the delivery process, the communication via email and text messages from Drichsen made the wait for my new furniture a pleasure. Even the local delivery service had great communication with me. My furniture is amazing! Enjoying every minute we sit on it. I will definitely order from Emma Mason again."

"For the health and safety of you and your family, please do not purchase anything from this website. The smell is awful and the formaldehyde levels are way above the legal limit. It's ridiculous that no one is doing anything about this. They're just ignoring it. This furniture is terrible. I initially reported it to customer service, saying it had a pungent odor and irritated my eyes. They said it was nothing and would go away in a few weeks. I didn't complain, so I just took them at their word. After a few weeks, the smell was gone. They said the quality was flawed, that every part looked secondhand and that they had assembled it themselves before moving it in. The furniture was abysmal, scratched everywhere, and poorly made. The center bracket of the bed frame didn't even touch the floor. I recently negotiated a partial refund. Returning so much furniture is a hassle, so I figured it would be fine. But weeks have passed, and the smell hasn't gone away. I've aired the house for almost a month and a half, but the smell is still strong. So I got a formaldehyde test, and it showed excessive levels. This furniture is awful, such shoddy workmanship. Who would buy furniture after so long and still not be able to move in? I finally contacted customer service, and they said my case was closed. Initially, they said I could contact them if the smell persisted, but they didn't explain why the formaldehyde levels were so high. The smell is awful. How can I live here? This is a health issue. Why is the formaldehyde level so high? I have children at home. I've told them, but the smell persists. They said my case is closed. Can I still live here if the formaldehyde level is too high?"

"If you're looking for quality furniture at great pricing Emma Mason is the place. I purchased an American Drew bedroom set at a much lower price and had it shipped to Texas. Mr. Nadir Iqbal the "Success Manager" was there to help coordinate shipping as it required the shipment to be handled by a local shipper once it arrived in Texas. He was instrumental in making sure the local shipper handled the shipment with care and he also contacted me through the entire shipment process. His Customer Service is second to none!"
