"Such a sloppy job. Sent a bag in for repair and everything from the cut to the stitching was sloppy and off. I probably could have done a better job myself. Absolute dissapointment. See photo."

"I walk on the outside of my shoes and sneakers wearing out literally one space every 2 or so months. I have had taps as well as whole heels put on. I also have orthotics. Due to an injury I needed to purchase an expensive pair of shoes because of their wide toe. I needed new heels. Yup a perfect job."

"Fair price, high quality repair. I brought a pair of inexpensive boots and a pair of luxury shoes for repair. I needed the walking sole and heel replaced from overuse. In less than 2 days, they were repaired to perfection. Friendly owner and wayyy better (in terms of price and quality) than the competition on Austin street. NOTE: cash only"
