"Got a nose piercing here and it fell out after literally 1 month then spent another $30 on top of the $40 I paid the first time around and it fell out again after 3 weeks. And when I go back for a refund or even a free replacement even though it’s THEIR jewelry that doesn’t work and I’ve been back twice, they basically tell me it’s my fault THEIR jewelry that THEY “secured” fell out TWICE. Never coming back here."

"I wasn’t sure if I wanted to write this. I’m not someone who enjoys leaving negative reviews because I know everyone is human and mistakes happen. After thinking it over and talking with my friend who witnessed everything, I realized it was important to share. My friend and I stopped by on Black Friday for a cute last minute birthday piercing. Hazel, who helped us at the front, was genuinely lovely and patient while answering all our questions. My friend wanted her thirds and I planned to get a tragus and a daith. For context, this is not my first piercing. I have several cartilage and nose piercings, so I am familiar with how these usually go. I went first since I am normally fine with pain. Hazel sanitized everything before starting my daith, but right away something felt off. When she told me to breathe in before the needle, she paused because she could not get it through and said she would try again. Once she did get it through, the pressure was expected. The issue was that she kept adjusting my ear, sighing repeatedly, and it quickly became extremely painful. My ear started bleeding as she continued trying to work the jewelry in. She then told me she could not get the hoop in and explained it was because the 16g yellow gold hoop was thicker than the 16g silver one. That explanation did not seem accurate to me, and I could not find anything online confirming it either. She suggested switching to an 18g, but I asked if we could try the silver 16g she said would be easier. She sanitized that jewelry and pierced my tragus next, which went perfectly fine and painless. However, when she attempted the daith again, the exact same thing happened. She pierced through, sighed in frustration, struggled to insert the jewelry, and it became painful all over again(at this point i was crying from both the pain and frustration of the situation). After all this, she still could not get the hoop in. The part that disappointed me most was what happened after that. Instead of apologizing or being upfront about what was going wrong, she tried to talk me out of doing a third attempt by saying she did not want to keep trying if I was “going to be in pain.” My pain tolerance was not the issue. I made it clear that I was willing to continue. The real question was whether she felt confident she could actually do it. After asking her directly if she felt confident she eventually admitted she did not. She kindly offered to have me come back the next day so her manager could pierce me and assured me they would take care of me. I appreciated the gesture, but after thinking it over, I decided not to return. I would have preferred honesty from the start rather than explanations that did not add up and repeated attempts that caused more pain than necessary. In summary, I am glad my friend had a good experience and found great jewelry prices, and I can see why others have left positive reviews. My experience was painful, confusing, and ultimately handled in a way that did not leave me feeling comfortable coming back. I hope this can be helpful feedback for the shop and a learning moment for everyone involved."

"I had never gotten a piercing in my life, and at my age I promised to do it together with my daughter. It was such a unique and unforgettable experience! I was honestly very nervous, but Tatiana was incredibly kind, caring, and professional. She made me feel comfortable the whole time, always checking on me and supporting both me and my daughter. The service was wonderful, and she did an excellent job my piercing has healed beautifully! We are both so happy with the experience and truly grateful for the care and attention we received.
