"What a gorgeous store;I want everything!!! Ahmed was so kind and helped me figure out an issue with a lamp I was trying to repair myself. Just out of the kindness of his heart. Can’t wait to come back for the jaw dropping designs and furniture!"

"***sketchy business*** Beware of the owners, Francesca and Ahmed. We placed an order for a $6k couch, paid and signed a contract upfront, but NEVER received a copy of the signed contract/receipt. 2 days later we asked if we could change the dimensions of the couch to a different size and they agreed to put the order on hold . After figuring out the new dimensions, the new couch was going to be 2ft smaller. We asked for a store credit back for the price difference to order a smaller couch. They tried to scam us saying the smaller couch was instead MORE EXPENSIVE ($180 more?!) but that they would waive this for us. If a 267” couch costs $6k, a 245” couch (2ft less) should be at LEAST $500 less if you do the math on price per foot. There is zero reason why a 2ft smaller version of the SAME exact couch would cost more, or the same. Francesca manically texted and called us, making fake excuses saying we “originally got a promotion,” “it’s the warehouse’s call”, “you don’t understand how manufacturing works.” It’s a shame because with a credit, we would have likely made another big purchase on a rug or piece of furniture. Francesca told me “if you buy another piece of furniture “we will give you a candle!” As if this would suffice. After their unreasonable stance of not giving us any credit back for a smaller couch, we still wanted the couch, and ultimately agreed to move forward with a new contract. Now the CRAZY part: the new electronic contract they sent through via docusign was literally a copy of the original contract (with my own handwritten name & info) with a copy and pasted picture of the new couch with dimensions on top of the old price. Before signing the new contract I requested a copy of the original contract I signed to keep for my records & to have a paper trail confirming the changes between the old couch & the new couch. I’m not sure WHAT they were trying to hide (probably the original price) but they kept claiming ‘they threw out the original contract.’ As a customer I am entitled to a copy of a contract that I signed. Asking for the copy is a normal request. For obvious reasons, I did not feel comfortable signing a new contract without any evidence that the original contract with my signature was voided , and without a paper trail of the changes between the old couch and new couch. It’s SO sketchy- they kept claiming not to have the original contract, even though they kept tampering with the new contract by literally photoshopping bits and pieces of my handwriting from the original copy. It was quite alarming. All I can say is THANK GOD they claimed multiple times in writing that they ‘threw out the original contract’ and ‘they no longer have it’ because this was all the evidence I needed for AMEX to refund the couch. In the absence of such documentation, the original contract is either nullified or unenforceable . Truly unsure what they were trying to cover up in the original contract, but guess the joke is on them. The entire thing was disgraceful and unprofessional, and I would absolutely never do business with them."

"I love this store so much! I’ve been there many times and the owner is always so welcoming and ready to help. I was looking for a lamp and she patiently told me the prices of every single lamp in her store! She’s got a beautifully curated store for anyone looking for interesting pieces to add to their home."

"Cool store. Some interesting, unique furniture and decor items. An array of unique colors, like teal and emerald, away from the usual muted tones for home decor. A bit on the pricy side but if it’s excellent quality, it’s worth it. Not sure if it is. The service was fine. I saw other reviewers felt the associates were rude. They were fine with us: helpful and not pushy."
