"We stopped by recently in a rush to replace my white boots before an appointment, and Jose was incredibly helpful the moment we walked in. He immediately pointed out the boots on sale—60% and 40% off—and then went above and beyond by showing us an even nicer pair of white loafers at a better price. Jose has a great eye for style and made the whole experience so easy. Nicole at the front was just as wonderful—she helped us find the quickest route to our next stop and even held the box so we could snap a quick photo. Huge thanks to both Jose and Nicole for their outstanding service!"

"Was trapped in their elevator for over an hour. Was only offered a small discount and basically told there was nothing else they could do. Did not seem very apologetic or like they cared much. Kept acting like they did me a favor for giving me just a discount for everything. Terrible experience especially since I don't even live here, I came here directly from the train station so I could get shoes for an event. Now I have missed that event and paid for shoes I barely wanted because they made it seem like they would comp them."

"We were recently here in a hurry to replace my white boots right before an appointment and Jose was so helpful immediately upon our arrival into the store. He told us the boots that were 60% off and 40% off. But then we found white loafers that we liked and he pointed out even nicer white loafers at a better price. Wow, Jose has great style and great recommendations. Nicole was also very helpful at the front even telling us how we can quickly get to where we needed to be. She held out the box for us to take a picture. Thank you to both Jose and Nicole"

"I haven't been here in years but it was a good crowd the day before Easter Sunday. The workers were attentive to customers and the shoes were neat and organized. I'm confused why there's only 1 bathroom in a massive store like this in a major city but hey I don't use public restrooms. It was a thought when my senior citizen mom had to use it and have to proceed from the 3rd floor Women's to the 4th floor to find it. I started thinking about the moms shopping with babies and toddlers. How it must be a hassle having to go to the 4th floor to change their child. So 1 star removed because this is what I think about. That's why I shop online 😂"

"Had been looking for black shoes for work which is comfortable for long hours of standing . This was probably my last resort but still couldn't find one. Little disappointed! Store looks clean & well organized! One thing I have realized they need to hire people! Because I had to literally walk around for a while just to find someone to ask for help. Holiday season will get busy & if it's like this then the workers will be overwhelmed with the rush! I did eventually find someone & he was very helpful."
