"I remember when they just started out with only a few Christmas trees on the corner of Flatlands Ave and Ralph Avenue from their vehicle with no shelter at all. They don't know that, many are the nights I've seen them out on that corner in snow storms, rain, freezing weather etc. and my heart went out to them. I also worked out of that area and had to drive past them many a day and night. They really earned that business and I wish them further success! Now they are a thriving business with Mercedes vehicles used for their work and landscaping. I know because they landscape a Landmark site right across the street from my bedroom window every monday MORNING!! I found their prices to be reasonably fair. As far as flower arrangements, they do carry a wide fresh variety, however, I would suggest if you're looking for something special, you should call ahead of time and discuss with the owner exactly what you're looking for! I'm quite sure they would be more than happy to work with you:=)"

"I have nothing but positive things to say about Dragonetti. I unfortunately bit off more than I could chew and ordered 35 rolls of sod to my apartment without the best installation plan and Dragonetti (Nicoletta specifically) immediately jumped to help connect me with their landscaping company, Dragonetti Brothers, who promptly came over and installed sod within a couple hours so seamlessly. We were sent helpful post-sod care instructions and I was told they were always available for any questions. Amazing customer service, totally fair prices (local delivery was a flat fee). Would recommend and will definitely use them again!"

"I’m beyond disappointed with my recent experience with this company. I received flowers for my birthday on January 22, and they were already in bad condition upon arrival—wilted, discolored, and clearly not fresh. It’s incredibly disheartening, especially since my mother has sworn by this company for years. What makes this even worse is that this is not the first time it’s happened. The attached photo shows what the flowers look like now, just a few days later, on Sunday. This is simply unacceptable, especially considering the price my mother paid. For a company with such a strong reputation, this experience was a huge letdown. I expected far better quality and service. Truly annoyed and will be reconsidering future orders."
