"DEBATEABLE experience compared to other DSMs around the world which provide exceptional service. Some personnel prefer to joke and laugh instead of helping out people that are here to shop. Leaving them standing for no reason whatsoever and getting offended when asked a simple question. Apparently asking a question comes up rude but this is not the customer service you would expect here for this establishment. Very rude and obnoxious. Staff definitely needs a retain in some departments for sure. Just remember people are here to spend and that’s how you get your pay check. End of the day that’s what matters to a company. Customer may not be always right but when someone is willing to spend and asks a simple question you should not leave them standing for 30 minutes and just laughing it off with security. Have a great day. Used to be 4 generous stars max but 2 fits this perfectly."

"Dover Street Market is hands-down my favorite store on the planet. I’ve visited the London, Paris, and New York locations, and each one has its own vibe and personality. London is still the best — the layout, the energy, the curation… it just feels like the original spirit of DSM is the strongest there. Every floor has something unexpected, and the staff are always super welcoming. Paris comes in second for me. It’s beautifully designed and has an amazing selection, just slightly smaller and a bit calmer than London — but still an incredible experience. And of course I visit DSM New York since I live in NYC. I love having one close to home, but honestly, compared to London and Paris, the NYC store feels a bit less exciting and the selection isn’t quite as strong. Still worth visiting, though! If you’re a fashion lover or just appreciate innovative retail spaces, DSM is a must."

"this is the first time i’ve gone to dover street market and it was amazing! i loved looking through the different pieces, the art displays made me speechless throughout, and staff looked happy and friendly. also the bathrooms are super nice and clean, just like the ones in japan: heated seats and bidets!"

"Employees are very kind and polite even if you don’t buy anything. They are also very helpful getting you other sizes to try on. Huge variety of designer brands as well as fun sculptures make it feel like you’re walking around in an art museum."
