"just now New Save your money! Terrible customer service. I was told after they messed up my dress that I would need to pay for cab service for the dress to be picked up and brung back for alterations. They took my measurements and because it was taken supposedly it was as if it was my fault because they went off my “measurements” yet were messaging me for images of my body which if they have my measurements made no sense. Dress was huge no way that was my “measurements”. Got the dress after still one side uneven with other and now super tight and they had me pick up at another store since they were closed I couldn’t even do anything about issues especially because I was about to leave on vacation. $380 spent and a shitty job. Save your money the work and customer service isn’t worth it. You are literally better off buying a dress from SHEIN. I’ve had better experience with that company. Will show pictures of one side off way more material than other doesn’t match and it’s obvious. Save your money people it’s a rip off!"

"Great store ! I’ve been here a couple of times for my birthday, prom , new years, family baby shower, etc ! They have never disappointed! I know if I ever need a dress Dolls Couture is the store for me! Any color or style I want they make to perfection. Loyal client since 2019! Don’t let these comments fool you, they are the best in what they do !"

"DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. My sister in law ordered a dress for her birthday to be ready by Thursday June 12th, instead it didn’t arrive until Saturday June 14th after 7pm. The customer service is the worst. After being inconvenienced so greatly they didn’t offer a discount or anything. There is a reason there is a lock on the door and you can’t just walk in and out because they do bad business. Even if something is their fault they don’t offer any type of compensation and in turn are losing more customers then they even realize. Also the color of the dress was different than promised. There are so many better places to get dresses and get treated with respect. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT."

"Do not go to this store and make any purchases. It’ll be money down the drain. My daughter’s dress was ordered 6 months in advance. A week before prom the dress was “still on route” I was being told the dress would arrive the next day. The next day came and went and still no dress. When the dress finally arrived it was not the dress we ordered. The dress was not the color we asked, the train was super long and she was not able to walk in the dress. I had to have the dress tailored and pay more money. I was charged $800 for a dress I didn’t like"
