"Ok store. Depends on who is working the desk on a particular day. Their customer reps are a range of characters and moods (the women staff are so much better!). They do have a decent collection compared to some of the shops in the neighborhood - have purchased quite a few pairs to ensure small business continues to grow cos the same pairs are available at a lower cost on e-commerce."

"Having been a loyal customer for the last three years I am very disappointed with the way the owner handled a clearly defective pair of vans today. I bought a pair yesterday for my 7 year old and when he was back from school today, he literally wore them for a duration of 9 hours, the soles started to fall apart. The sales people are very nice, the tall gentleman yesterday who helped us and the man who assisted us today were really willing to help but the owner said it was not the manufacturer's fault. Excuse me? The appropriate thing would be to report this to Vans and let them handle it. I am certainly not coming back. Such a cheap way to handle business. Argh."

"I had a really lovely experience here. Shannon and Val were so helpful, patient and kind. My teen child has difficulty putting on shoes independently and is autistic so I explained what we were looking for, it was really important for the shoes to look good but easy to take on and off independently. I needed sneakers and boots and they asked the right questions and were so patient with my kid and me. I was so very happy for a stress free and personal experience."
