"I brought my boots in to get a quick cleanup and condition. I asked for no wax only oil products. As they are not waxed boots. They proceeded to wax my boots. Now I have to strip it to remove their cracking wax that looks like junk."

"María and Panos are two of the most lovely people in the business. Over the years, I’ve I brought dozens of pairs of shoes, handbags and other luxury leather goods in for repair. Not only do they do an amazing job in repair and restoration, but they always go above and beyond. They’ve been able to completely restore a couple handbags that would’ve been otherwise destined for the garbage—like new!
