"I cracked my phone a month ago and I went in to the shop to get the screen replaced and also got a screen protector. When I picked up the phone there was an error message saying "camera part missing" I pressed the technician on it for a while because I thought he had removed a part from my phone but he told me that message was a mistake. Then a few days later I noticed the screen protector had a bubble in it so I went back and the guy told me there is nothing he can do because of how the screen was installed which made no sense because they installed it. Now, a month later, I am noticing that I can't zoom out to .5 anymore on my camera (that option isn't even there) and on top of that, the sensitivity to my screen is all messed up. My phone keeps on spazzing out and I've been locked out of my phone so many times. I called to get a refund and they just told me the technician no longer works there which I don't believe. Unfortunately I left ny (I was there for 6 weeks) so I can't go back in the shop."

"Had such a great experience at this store. The guy who helped me was super fast and knew exactly what he was doing—made everything so easy. I’m really glad he’s at this location. They helped transfer all my info to my new Samsung and even put on the screen protector and case. Couldn’t have asked for better service!"
