"I've been to this location multiple times ... Today is the very last and it's only due to the atrocious customer service. I already sent a email to Maurice the general manger weeks ago because I was there shopping for work attire and was disgusted with the treatment of the manager. I thought things would be different today but it's still the same. You lost another customer because of one employee. Clearly she's the issue because of the other reviews stating the same."

"Very rude behavior from staff. I felt like leaving the store immediately. The owner needs to change the staff ( 2 ladies) or else store is definitely gonna go downhill :( No customer wants to be treated badly ! I wish I could give zero stars"

"9/23/2025 6:30 pm One star for the lazy, rude manager who treated her afroamerican employee very rude in front of all the customers. If she has something negative to tell him, the customers don't need to know. She was on her phone talking loud all the time and he was the only one taking care of the customers, cash register and opening boxes full of merchandise to reorganize them. I give him 5 stars because he knows how to work with customer service. The "manager " needs to be trained to work with people and have some manners."

"This store has great clothes but poor customer service. I walked in with 15 minutes to closing which I did not realize. The woman working didn’t even greet me and instead told me they were about to close. I hurried up and picked a few things well before closing and then she reminds me again they were closing. In the future a simple hello would be great. I didn’t linger and went in with intentions of buying but left with nothing due to the unfriendliness and shortness."
