"I ordered three times as a birthday gift and got left “processing” for about two weeks. When I asked for a cancellation since this goes against company standards (4-5 days processing) , they made it seem as if they were doing me a favor instead of just having shipped my order or provide the tracking the “shop” app claims to have had. Never again. CNCPTS trash"

"Horrible, Horrible company. I Bought the Canada Goose Marlow for concepts ladies parka and it was shipped balled up in a plastic bag in a shipping box. Came dirty and with a smell. I bought this same coat last February from Canada goose and it came in a beautiful Canada goose box, wrapped with paper, no smell!!! And it also had a garmet bag and nice wooden hanger and also with authenticity papers. I get it from CNCPTS and got none of that. What I got was a dirty coat just thrown in a bag after spending over $1700!!! You can not call anyone and speak to someone which is really shady to begin with and a big red flag! You have to text a number and wait to hear back. At first they were genuinely nice but I was not happy at all with this purchase and felt like it was a scam. I still feel like it’s a scam and not legit after the way I received everything and really didn’t want to send any information linking my card to them so, I waited until After I calmed down a couple of days later and messaged again. Didn’t hear anything back that day and not until the next day . I then get a message that furthermore… we don’t state on our website you get any of that. Seriously…. Someone took all that stuff and is selling it on eBay is what they are doing. They said it gets shipped from the manufacturer. For one thing Canada Goose is a top notch company and do things right for what it cost for their outwear, they are not sending it in a ball to a customer, that’s you guys! On top of that I waited outside for the delivery because I had to go somewhere and it’s a good thing I did! The coat required no signature and was being left outside on the steps. I’m in Niagara Falls for work and hundreds of people walk by this house since I am right across from the falls and I was appalled by this and shocked when I asked the delivery person if I had to sign. The person that was texting me was rude and said sorry it’s a final sale we can’t take it back for return. Even though I love this coat I rather not own it after this experience. The coat is out of stock with Canada goose, otherwise they would have got my business. I would never recommend this company or spend another dime with them. They are the worse company, rude and so unprofessional. Customer service is horrible!!! Do not even waste a penny if you’re smart with them. By the reviews I’m surprised they are still in business. I called my bank and they agreed with everything I said and are disputing the transaction for me. There’s no way I’m letting this go and paying for a coat that is dirty and still has a smell after 4 days airing it out. I couldn’t even tell you what it smells like but if I had to describe it I’d say a dirty sweat shop or basement. I’m so disgusted and angry over this whole experience and warning anyone who reads this to BEWARE!!!"

"Purchased a pair of cncpts x sorel caribou boots online. Took over 2 weeks to arrive with no shipping update on the shop app. Got an email the day before they arrived saying they had been shipped and whenni opened them not only was the box beat up but there was mold on both shoes. There is no number to call just one to text which sounds super sketchy."

"Walked into the store and was greeted immediately with amazing vibes. The whole shopping experience was def worth these 5 stars. I was out shopping with my brother and was welcomed and everyone was so helpful. Def would recommend everyone to check this location out. David was great and so was the gentlemen at the door (forgot his name)"
