"Extremely disappointed with this business. I purchased a tee shirt from them for $68 dollars and $10 shipping. Upon receipt of the merchandise it was clearly an orange shirt although pictures as red and advertised as "brick" it was the color of pumpkin pie. I double checked to make sure I could get a refund or exchange and was assured that if returned in a timely manner they would issue me a full refund. They have confirmed that they had received the item back in the appropriate timeframe even providing screenshots for that effect. Yet I have seen neither hide nor hair of my $68 refund. I received responses from their chat/email that advise me that they issued a refund which is "pending" even though it's been well over three months. Then screenshots that show this pending refund. But have yet to receive my money back. At this point they have told me to take it up with PayPal as the refund has been issued in their end. Completely unacceptable. They cannot provide any screenshot of a completed refund because their is not one. They should not purport to offer refunds if they cannot complete them. I bought myself a $78 dollar headache."

"First of all I want to say that I have never written a bad review before in my life. I generally have no desire to say anything potentially damaging about local small business owners. That being said, I am so disappointed in my recent experience with this store that I cannot help myself. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Cloak and Dagger and have also gone to their store in Woodstock, so obviously I love the selection of clothes. Actually I love the store so much that I bought a dress for a girlfriend hoping to turn her onto the store. Unfortunately, the dress did not fit her correctly and so we went to the store together for an exchange. While there I was informed that they will only offer an exchange after ten days. The dress was in perfect condition, never worn, had all the tags and I offered the receipt. I wrote the owner and was told that "unfortunately there is nothing that can be done", as if there is a law preventing her from offering me an exchange. This is dishonest. She is choosing not to value an loyal and consistent costumer, and this just leaves me feeling unappreciated as a costumer and incredibly disappointed. Obviously I will miss shopping there, but my own integrity demands that I spend my money in local businesses that want to have a good relationship with me."
