"Agreed with the review about the staff! Amazingly unhelpful. Trying to buy shoes online and pick up in the store. The online systems are down - customer service confirmed this and suggested I place an order with a store directly. When I called the store, they told me flat out that I had to visit in person. No effort to understand the issue or help me solve it. Clarks is making it shockingly hard for me to give them my money. Great footwear; poor business management."

"Store hours stated till 8pm arrived at 7:40pm a young lady said they were closed my son enjoys Clark's shoes it was disheartening to say the least. That he couldn't purchase the shoes he wanted coming from Connecticut. Bad business practice. I wish I wood have checked past reviews i wood not have gone to the store. Great product but the staff quite disingenuous will try a different location next time. 😡💯"

"I had a terrible experience when I called Clarks’ customer service. Besides taking hours to respond, when they finally answered they were extremely rude and couldn’t solve my problem. When I went to the store, I was very lucky to be assisted by Brie M, who was super polite, attentive, and helped me find the right size and the shoes I needed. Today they were delivered to my home on time. I want to sincerely thank Brie for the excellent service, you made a real difference in my day and helped me solve a last-minute problem."

"I called Around 3pm on Monday on Labor Day, sept 1, 2025. The staff, the women, picked up the phone at 3pm and told me they would close at 8pm . I got To the store at 7:15pm and not only did she refuse to acknowledge us, the store was closed. From outside the window I tried To explain that she spoke to me earlier and told me store would be open until 8pm. The guy, looked my way for a moment but the women refused completely to even look our way. Just absolutely so rude. Very disappointing."

"I had the BEST experience at this location! Tanya is so kind and accommodating.. just amazing!! The website has been down for awhile and I haven’t been able to order this pie of shoes I need for an upcoming event. Working too late to make it in time but when I called and said I could be there 5/10 min after their close, Tanya said she’d wait for me, which was a great help, as I work way too late everyday to make it on time. Highly recommend shopping here and with Tanya :))"
