"Had to exchange a pair of uggs. E, the sales person was polite and helpful. Said he would hold a larger size for a day to ensure that the pair I was buying my son fit. Usually sales people aren't nice to you after they feel they've made their money off of you. Not the case here!"

"The service isn’t bad ,they don’t attack you as soon as you come in the door but there is always someone there to help you .the price is a lil high but they are always willing to come down to help ya pockets ..and it’s like one of the only two places that are left besides the big Corp stores.."
