"I had a truly awful experience at this shop. I purchased a vessel on 4th September, and before I could even use it, the handle broke off. The stickers and packaging were still intact — there was no sign of usage at all. When I looked closely, I realized the handle had actually been stuck together with glue, clearly an attempt to fool customers into buying a defective product. I went back to the shop the very next day, calmly and politely asking for a replacement or repair. I didn’t even demand a refund, just a fair solution. Instead of helping, the owner became hostile and completely refused to take responsibility. Shockingly, he went as far as to threaten me with cops for “trespassing”, simply because I asked for a replacement of a product that broke before use. I never raised my voice, never created a scene, yet I was treated like a criminal for being a customer who wanted fairness. The truth is, I could have been the one to call the cops and ask them to check the security footage, which would clearly show how calm I was and how aggressive the owner became. This is not just unprofessional — it is dishonest, intimidating, and unacceptable behavior. Selling faulty products disguised with glue and then threatening customers who seek help is outrageous. I strongly warn others: do not shop here. Save your money and avoid being treated with disrespect and hostility."

"Terrible experience! The owner is a scammer and a bully. They took double payment from me and when I asked for a refund, they became aggressive and even threatened me instead of returning my money. Who does that to customers? This place is a total fraud. Do yourself a favor and never shop here — you’ll only end up losing money and getting insulted. Shops like this should not even be allowed to run."

"Absolutely the worst experience ever. The owner sold me a damaged product and when I confronted them about it, instead of taking responsibility or offering a replacement, they started threatening me. This is not just unprofessional but also downright unacceptable. The attitude towards customers is shocking — no respect, no accountability, and definitely no integrity. I would warn anyone to stay away from this shop if you dont want to waste your money and be treated badly."

"This place is a total scam. I purchased a chair, and it collapsed in 2 days of normal use. When I asked for a refund, the owner not only refused but also spoke very arrogantly. They clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction or product quality. Avoid this shop at all costs if you value your money and peace of mind."
