"The first time I visited the business, I had a button that fell off my raincoat. Thankfully I noticed it and found the button. I was visiting Bay Ridge at the time, saw Cindy's store and asked if she could reattach the button. She did so and charged $3. After that experience, I have traveled from Manhattan to Bay Ridge whenever I have needed tailoring done. Each time the work is great. I will continue to make the trip to Brooklyn when I need a tailor."
