"Unprofessional and horrible client service. I was sent here from my tailor who relocated out of NYC and they made mistakes on the pants and blamed me for being picky about the fit. I spent many hundred of dollars here. Now they’re refusing to do any alterations because they’re claiming they make no money on them. Avoid if you can, not worth dealing with unprofessional service. Adding more based on their response below. That is untrue. You were asked to loosen the waist of the pants and doubled the amount, so you had to tighten it back up because your tailor made mistakes. You said it was a miscommunication and then you said it was because I was difficult to work with. In reality, your tailor messed up and you’re refusing to acknowledge this. I also paid more than $180. Also, if you look at your history, I also had a bomber jacket tailored for hundreds. I didn’t receive a discount on that. Stop lying online and deceiving customers."

"I paid $480 for alterations on a luxury jacket (sleeve, waist, and collar adjustments) and the result was disappointing. Dropped the jacket off on June 24th with a promised completion date of July 9th; it wasn’t completed until July 18th after multiple corrections and delays. The work left the jacket less wearable than before — the collar adjustment caused tightness across the upper back and shoulders, and the natural drape of the garment was disrupted. When I contacted the shop, they refused a refund and mischaracterized my feedback, claiming I was “completely satisfied” at pickup. Their responses were defensive and unhelpful, only offering further alterations I no longer trust them to perform. I gave them every opportunity to make this right, but the workmanship and customer service fell far short of expectations, especially at this price point."

"Terrible. Have never felt the need to leave a bad review, but this place is too much. First off, I was charged $400+ to alter 4 pairs of pants—unheard of. Purposefully went somewhere that seemed legitimate because I wanted good work to be done. I have only worn 2 of the 4 pairs so fair, and each pair has torn at the stitches exposing my entire ass. The first pair I went back and told the guy, “they ripped.” At first he tried telling me he didn’t work on the pants. I was in shock. Then he changed his mind and agreed to fix them. After fixing them he wanted to charge me another $25. I was furious, but he said he’d do it for free, “just this one time.” The second pair I have worn twice and they just ripped today. Luckily I have a long overcoat to make it through the day, but I am not going back to have them fixed. Incredibly shitty quality of work and absurdly overpriced. I probably would’ve been better off going to a cheap place in Chinatown. Have told everyone in the office to avoid. I suggest you do the same🚨"

"Tailor was had a great attitude. However, the tailor told me that hemming and tapering of my pants and light alterations to my suit jacket was $415. I have gotten my suits tailored for years and I have never paid over $200 for alterations. He then proceeds to let me know that any other tailor around the city of New York and the five boroughs that other tailor's won't have the same quality as them. Respectfully, I went took my suit to another great tailor who did the EXACT SAME alterations and was charged $139(including rush order fee.) Again, great establishment when entering, but, maybe too pricey for my wallet."
