"I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. This is the by far the worst experience I have ever had. I had to call several times to check on my phone, And they didn't even repair it Until I had to keep pressing them. I had Purchased a phone case and a screen protector along with fixing my screen. They took over 3 hours and more. Once I finally got my phone, they took forever. And almost did not give me my phone case and screen protector. I had to pull out the receipt and make sure that I got what I purchased. Once I fully got my phone I walked out of the store and realized they had forgot my SIM card. Overall, I got my SIM card, but it was an absolutely horrendous. Experience and if you are looking to get your phone fixed, please go to an actual professional. Cause these guys will mess around with you."

"I got my screen fixed here and they completely scammed me first of all they took forever just to fix the screen and put a new screen protector on then they took my SIM card out and they didn't return it and even tell me that they did. Once I noticed that my SIM card was missing I went back to go get my SIM card and they laughed in my face trust me if you want good service don't go here ."

"Excellent service!!! The owner and the Co-workers were very friendly, they treat like family. Speaks multiple languages, ranging from Spanish to Russian. Once I broke my phone and urgently needed a replacement screen for my IPhone 11. I was late for an appointment, so I stopped at Roosevelt Av to find a nearest cell phone store. I came to cellphone24inc and the owner was already there. He fixed my broken cellphone in less than an hour and also gave me a special discount, since I was a college student. In the meantime, he also offered me snacks, while the other guy was fixing my phone. The new display of my phone didn’t feel different from the original one, since it was of very high quality and very good price range. I would highly recommend everyone to visit cell phone 24inc, as I can assure from my experience, they won’t let you down!!! very nice ppl."

"I came in on 4/23 to fix my phone. The worker there was very professional and explained the price and how long it will take, was very attentive and answered all of my questions clearly. I was well above satisfied with the results. Definitely a reliable place!"
