"Great service, great product, great followup! Janel did a great job of giving me the space I needed to make a decision, and then all the support I needed to finalize the decisions from mattress to pillows to bedclothes. Very happy with her sales! Delivery was fast and easy from Daniel, a real pro.I had had a leak in the bedroom of my apartment and was forced to look --fast--for a new mattress. I looked around at a couple of places, and then stumbled into Casper. I'd seen online reviews of the Snow, and I am very happy with it. It's been only a few days that I have slept on it, but the mattress plus the adjustable base, have been a big hit for me.I do wish the edges of the mattress were more comfortable to sit on--but that is a problem shared by all hybrids..."
