"store owners were super rude. clearly they have an exstensive collection of great quality stuff but when i referred to their website for products in the store they copped me an attitude and claimed things online aren't in the store. i was helped by a bottom tier clerk that was not just nice but proactive in handling my questions and service. id give him five stars. the rest of the people are trash."
