"I shopped there back over Labor Day weekend and found their staff most helpful, but recently had an issue trying to track down inventory on a shirt that I wanted that was out of stock online. Worked with Russell over the phone who was beyond helpful and accommodating and was able to locate one and have it shipped to me. He went above and beyond and it was a true testament to how effective quality customer service can be in promoting brand loyalty. If only every shopping experience could be like this. Top marks!"

With his guidance, I ended up purchasing a pair of Saddle Field pants along with a shirt.
