"I visited the Buck Mason location in Soho expecting good coffee and a welcoming atmosphere based on the online rave but the experience was the opposite. The staff didn’t acknowledge me at all when I walked in, and their passive aggressive attitude made me feel like I’ve done something wrong just by entering. The energy in the store was uncomfortable and very uninviting. I won’t be returning and I don’t recommend visiting either unless you want to be treated poorly."
