"I’ve been here a few times to get my clothes dry-cleaned. I had left $40 in a jacket pocket. I did end up picking it up five months later, which is awhile, but the cash wasn’t there. What bothered me is the owner said I was “entitled” to ask for the $40 off while also saying no one took it. Erik, the owner was pretty indignant when I talked to him. He said, “do you want the number to the facility, no one is going to say they took it.” The thing is $40 may not be much to the owner, but it is for me. I don’t usually forget these things, but as an owner of a business why not do a decent thing like taking a grievance seriously. So I ended up paying $100 for this jacket. I imagine he’s pretty comfortable on whatever chair he’s sitting on."

"Owner was aggressively rude and completely unprofessional several days ago when my GF, loyal customer of 8 years, received back a white item of clothing newly stained with blue paint and smudges. She immediately took a photo, politely emailed them, and received no follow up. Upon calling to again politely ask for the cost of cleaning refunded (not even for the cost of the ruined garment), instead of any form of apology, the ‘boss’ disbelieved her and aggressively blamed HER for the problem. **RE. 9.18: These are the blue stains you left on her pants - she politely emailed you multiple photos of them. You never provided an explanation or a video of any kind of proof. You must be mistaken or  thinking of another customer whose clothing was harmed - good luck with your business."

"After getting my vintage dress dry cleaned I opened the bag and there was a giant stain on the dress that I had never seen!! They ruined my dress and refused to refund me or even clean the dress for free. The prices are also ridiculous. Please do not go here if you love your clothes!!!! Wish I never did ."

"Wonderful experience with their tailoring – just picked up two dresses, one being my wedding dress, and both were perfect. Their task needed a very delicate hand and was quite tricky but they handled it exceptionally. What made the experience even better was the wonderful staff, must be a family made company and they’re all just gorgeous!"
