"BEWARE: NO return policy! This is not advertised anywhere in their store or on their website. I bought shades for my client that they didn’t like (quality was chintzy) and now I’m out $200 for overpriced shades"

"One of the worst experiences. Had two lampshades remade three times. He charged me $300 per shade , with my own frames.They were stained, soiled and finally uneven. The attitude was indignant, unapologetic and ultimately nasty. He refunded my money, while he destroyed the shades, admitting that they were not professionally made. However the indignant attitude never ceased! Do yourself a favor and stay away."

"I've had two lampshades done here and both experiences were pretty terrible. In both experiences, I had to have them redo the shade multiple times. In the first instance, they misaligned the center point of a diffuser, as well as used the wrong fabric. They tried to argue with me about the color of the fabric and convince me it was correct. The second instance, they decided on their own accord to use a mismatched trim and then tried to convince me it was part of the original order. Come to find out, they wrote on top of their receipt copy after I left the store. They have no intention of pleasing the customer and I generally leave the store feeling mistreated and disrespected."

They have for many years produced a custom shade for lamps we offer in our store as well as having an amazing selection of pre-made shades to choose from in every shape, size, and material. "i came here to find the perfect lampshade for a pair of lamps i inherited from my grandmother after the lampshades i bought at lowe’s were disappointing. i ended up spending about triple the amount of money i wanted to ($300 for two lampshades), but i’m so happy i did. they are beautiful and work perfectly with the lamps. customer service was excellent, the man who helped me was very patient and made excellent suggestions. so glad i didn’t settle for ordering online, which would have been cheaper but i never would have ended up restoring these vintage lamps to their potential."
