"I needed a locksmith to fix my elderly parent's apartment and had a feeling it was going to be a difficult task. Their apartment door is very old and would probably require a lot of work. I sent a request and Leo responded within 5 minutes! After a quick communication through chat, we discussed more on the phone and Leo knew right away what kind of lock needed to be installed and what to do. I was shocked because I thought my parents needed 2 locks changed but Leo provided his expertise and said it was only one. This was true after I spoke with my parents and quickly trusted Leo in his expertise and was set on hiring him. Leo even suggested to come that night however it was too late and we scheduled something the next day. His partner, George contacted me and we agreed on details and the rate and that he would be there to assist us! Come the day, I was running about 5-10 minutes late due to traffic while George was there on time. We greeted each other quickly and George started working on the lock. Lo and behold the lock was one of the toughest, if not the toughest job George came across but he was determined to get it fixed. After almost 2 hours our new lock was in and George even cleaned up the mess! We cannot thank George enough for his professionalism, kindness and expertise. They are super responsive, do a thorough and great job and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a locksmith. If I need any locks changed, they will be the first folks I contact!"

"We have issues with our tenant for the past 2.5 years and was looking for a locksmith on the day of eviction. We did not have good experience with other Locksmith before, did some google diggings and found this little gem with 5 stars reviews and gave it a try. Leo and George responded quickly and arrived on time, drilled the deadbolt lock and replaced the key cylinder all under 10!
