"I’ve been twice, and each time he was delayed in having my shoes ready for pickup. Once, I was a week late in picking up my repair and he claimed he was “working on them now” and needed an extra day. He does good work, but don’t trust the pickup date he gives."

"Took a shoe in the supposedly been fixed in Chicago. Which took 3 weeks to get. The shoe broke again. And I’m on vacation. Went into this place. They had it repaired in two hours for $10. And made it in such a way that this time it will stay fixed. I’m m going to take another shoe in on Monday to be repaired. Thank you so much for your excellent service."
