"We walked into the showroom with minimal expectations, assuming we would come, sit and leave. Upon entering we started to chat with Jeremy, who was VERY patient and thorough in walking us through all the couch options. We saw 4 different couches and talked about a ton of the material options, throughout this the service and support we received was exceptional. Between that and the black friday deal, it made the purchase a no brainer. Jeremy was the perfect balance of sales-y, giving us his card when we asked if we could give him a ring once we'd settled on a material. Looking forward to our couch!"

""Brooklyn City Furniture" is the answer given when asked where I bought my beautiful dining room set, sideboard, sleeper sofa, dresser, rug, chair, etc. etc. When friends come over to our place, the first thing they say is that they love the sleek, modern designs. I'm not an interior designer at all.. This wouldn't be possible without Agnes's help. She listened carefully and made suggestions based on the criteria I had in mind. She was collaborative, informative and super flexible with my indecisiveness. John was patient, engaging and welcoming. I am so glad I found them. We live in the neighborhood and they went above and beyond to accommodate our crazy schedules and turn around times."
