"Love Brooklinen! I bought their bedding during Black Friday and absolutely fell in love with it. I stopped by the store to pick out a duvet for my child, and Hudson was incredibly patient in walking me through all the options. I ended up finding the perfect one — such a great shopping experience! If you're looking to buy bedding, I sincerely recommend visiting this store. You can feel the textures in person and see the true colors of the products. And I highly recommend the Luxe Sateen collection!"

"Manhattan Brooklinen had the worst customer service went there nobody helped me I was like the only person in the store. 3 workers standing around didn't even bother to ask me if I had any questions. If that is how the company operates then you guys are not getting any of my money."

"My fiancé and I had such a great experience at the Brooklinen West Village store, all thanks to Hudson. He patiently walked us through the entire store, helped us pick out the perfect sets for our new home, and really took the time to understand what we liked. He even stayed a bit after closing to finish helping us and wrote us a thoughtful handwritten note with all the styles we loved so we wouldn’t forget. It felt like such a personalized experience, and we left feeling both excited about our choices and really taken care of. Hudson truly made our day!"

"I finally caved in and went and purchased the luxe sateen hardcore bundle which came with a free tote. They had a 15% sale for first time customers and $25 off everything. The shop is very organized but there was one female staff that just stood there the entire time even though she can tell that I had questions (and no other staffs came to ask if I needed help). I eventually had to go up to her and ask her a question on the luxe sateen color. Eventually the male staff that was behind the register came and helped me after realizing she wasn’t helping me at all. With that type of customer service, I really should’ve just ordered it online but I wanted the product right away. I did like how I can mix and match the colors so I ended up getting the sheets in solid white and the duvet color and extra pillow cases in the color cloud. I’d probably just shop online and avoid going in person for my next purchase, tbh."

"Genuinely did not know about this store until the popup, but it’s a convenient place to get some home/bathware products in west village. Some of the towel and pillow designs are so pretty too. Also the lady who was scooping up the ice cream was the absolute sweetest 🥰🥰 She was working up those arm muscles 💪😆"
