"Went to get 3 heels repaired. The staff was nice however the repair was not good. When I received the shoes, you could tell they had work done. Glue was visible on 2/3 heels I had done, especially on the heel of my boot. And the heel broke again (same exact way) within about 2 weeks. One of the other heels is uneven making it a bit wobbly to walk on. Very frustrating because it was $35 and it wasn’t that quick, either. Would not recommend for shoe repairs. Can’t comment on the other work/repairs."

"I lost one heel on dressy boots that were worn maybe 4-5 times. They replaced both to match them. The job was as if an amateur had done it, zero quality. Both look like some lousy dull work boots now, and these heels looked smooth and shiny before like dress shoe heels. The surface is dull, the gaps are very visible, no filler was used to generate a smooth surface and finished look , overhanging areas were not removed or matched, nothing was polished. Even the blank leather is exposed/visible, so these boots will get damaged with moisture. Glue stains were also present. This was $30, which is expensive as it is, but a ripoff for the terrible job they did. Look elsewhere!"

"Thanks guys! Well run and charming neighborhood shop. Brought in three pairs of tory burch flats and a pair of Tod’s drivers to be repaired and stretched in various ways and they did a great job. Fair price too. Will be back!"

"I gave my sneaker for a simple thing. Glue the sole pieces that came out. After I got the shoes back, the glued pieces came off in 1 day or wearing. When I went back he agreed to fix again and asked me to come back in 2 days. When I went after 2 days it wasn’t done. He asked me to come back next day. Next day again it wasn’t done. Not only did he do a terrible job but this guy has no respect for people’s time. Very un professional."

"Definitely would not recommend for key copying services unless you personally enjoy the art of locksmithing. Had to call a professional to undue the damage done by a key copy that Bob’s made for us after it was jammed inside the lock at the entrance to our building. This not only impacted us, but also all our neighbors, locking everyone out for hours while the Bob’s key was stuck on the lock. The shop wouldn’t take any responsibility for the problem caused by their key and the fix wasn’t cheap. Please do the community a favor and remove the “keys made here” sign from your window."
