"Abysmal customer service. They will try to do anything not to accept a return or exchange, even to the extent of making up rules on the fly. The clothing is certainly not worth the experience, especially at the high price point."

"They sell kids clothes but kids aren’t allowed… they are not considerate of kids on the spectrum… the guy in the front threatened to put hands on my nephew (age 6). Was not acknowledged by any of the sales staff. Go to BAPE. Way better customer service."

"Placed an order for store pickup, credit card was charged but no email or notice on when it’s ready for pickup. Their phone numbers don’t work. I even tried calling their FL location. Both numbers don’t work, customer service chat doesn’t respond on weekends… don’t purchase online for store pickups or bother calling for any assistance!"

"Happy to see BBC striving like it's 2004! Just visited their new store in Miami, and I had to visit this OG store in NYC. The new store exclusive shirts are dope! I think NYC currently has the coolest store exclusive drops so far."
