"Alex did a phenomenal job with a purse repair!! I was planning on wearing this purse tonight (it is very old, I recently inherited it from my grandma) and realized the strap was broken on one side. I came in at 4:30, explained that I needed it tonight, and now I have perfectly gorgeous, useable purse at 5:30!! he not only fixed the strap but conditioned the leather and sewed the other side securely, too. Thank you so much! I will be back!"
