I can positively say they are the best in customer service and rates when it comes to printing. Other places were charging a rush job fee or needed to spread the order across multiple stores, but Best Copy & Shipping did it quickly and professionally, without any hesitation. "Best Copy & Shipping provided a quick quote and turnaround time, even when contacted via their website from overseas. Their costs were very fair and cheaper than any other print shop in the area. They were very helpful in my printing and large, last-minute order needs, and even sent me a video of the samples since we weren't able to proof them in person before. 10 out of 10 would recommend and use again! "Got a passport photo here, the photo part of which was pretty quick and the service was professional though I could've used more direction from the clerk. The bigger issue was at checkout when I got charged a 4% credit card fee without being told. I looked around and didn't see any signs, they were able to reverse the charge and I paid in cash but the experience didn't make me feel good. A couple months back I was trying to do a drop off return to a FedEx location and this place wouldn't accept it, even though I had the label/ envelope and everything all ready to go. Update after the following response from owner: "Display I have sign for credit card fee. I did show you and you saw my sign. FedEx label may be not clear for scan. If your label was not correct. My all-other customer always drops off their packages." They may have a sign, but I was neither shown it nor did I see it, why else would I charge and then ask for the charges to be reversed? Regarding the package that was not accepted, the FedEx label was very legible printout, and was not accepted as it was the "wrong type of shipping" according to the then-clerk. Review was 3/5 stars, now 2/5 for lying, terrible customer service."

"I had my most recent passport photograph taken at Best Copy & Shipping on the corner of Broadway and West 101st Street in Manhattan, and it cost substantially less than other nearby places that would have charged $15+ tax. In addition to reasonably-priced photocopy services, either color or black and white, there is a shipping service for FedEx and DHL, and an area of flat-screen computers for Internet services for tourists or those without a computer at home. Best Copy & Shipping provides good services at reasonable prices, and the place is clean and quiet."
