"I was there in person and purchased 2 units of wardrobe from they catalogs. Mr Mo (who was helping me) went on about but their services was so much better than any online service we would get and was very helpful. However all of that stopped once I made payment. The wardrobe was delivered with someone to install but he was there by himself and when we checked the wardrobe was damaged. I called him the next day as by this it is was 7pm and it is coming up to a month now and I keep getting the run around for this. I would like the damaged wardrobe replaced but these guys have no pride is their product and can’t care less once they take your money. Never go here."

"I’ve been burned by purchasing couches TOO MANY TIMES- from Facebook marketplace, Wayfair, and not willing to pay traditional furniture store prices. We just moved to Hoboken and came to this place looking for a comfortable sectional couch. We ended up purchasing a HUGE 6 piece modular sectional with free white-glove delivery the NEXT DAY for $1400. It’s from Ashley furniture, showed up to my apartment brand new, in boxes, and was put together in less than an hour. Probably would’ve been over $3000 if purchased directly from Ashley. They also allowed us to pay credit, which we loved in case we didn’t receive the couch, we could’ve disputed. I have almost nothing negative to say about this experience, but a few watch-outs: - We were a little skeptical after leaving because the man said he would call us that night with delivery dates and he didn’t call. He called the next day and was able to deliver it the same day for us which we were really happy about. - They didn’t offer to remove the boxes from our property. We live in a building where we can leave the boxes in the basement, but if you don’t, I would ask about this. Overall, an AMAZING place to get furniture for Jersey/ west NYC. He let us browse his inventory on an iPad and all the prices were pretty good. They can order things from many furniture stores and are negotiable on price."

"entered excited about seeing a nice couch. I have a roommate who was not able to view with me so I wanted to send her a picture of it, tried taking a picture but a man sitting on the couches rudely insisted they didn’t allow pictures.... a couch with a tag from Ashley furniture, acting as if it was a custom made exclusive... great customer service."

"Our furniture from this location is lovely! Can’t beat the prices and the owner is wonderful, accommodating and friendly. I have full faith in these products as he demonstrated in-store their quality. He even threw in small house-warming gifts for us :) would recommend to all friends and family if they’re in need of any furniture"
