"Bergdorf Goodman Men’s has incredibly friendly and helpful staff, plus an excellent shoe and fragrance selection. The only downside is the oddly arranged layout, which feels a bit dated and could use a refresh. Many of the designers they carry have boutiques right outside their doorstep that offer a smoother shopping experience. Still, worth a visit for the service alone."

"Terrible experience, you would except the level of service that matches the price. The charge for alterations on a expensive suit is annoying but on top of that the quality was poor the request's for the specific alterations were not completed. They threw the garments in a box which ended up bunched up in the bottom of the box. You would think you might get a garment bag. They are masquerading as a luxury store"

"Hands down the best men*s collection anywhere on the planet. If you can't make it to the store check out their website. One of a kind offerings and tons of wardrobe must-haves. The store never disappoints. Take my word for it. You won't be disappointed i promise."

"One of my go to stores. I love this store. Even though everything was a bit crammed but I still love the vibes especially during holiday season. It’s truly a beautiful store with great selection and nice staff."

"Great collection of brands, however they seem to be under staffed. I was discouraged to buy few items due to lack of personnel servicing the concessions. Furthermore the state of the toilets was horrendous…"
