"Jaime is very very considerate towards his clients. He sits with you and he goes over what you want in detail and delivery was the Best. The delivery guys were very considerate very nice and if I asked them to move anything they did with no hesitation. The price is reasonable, and the quality of the Furniture is great. Also I did not know how to use the recliner and he sent somebody over immediately and they show me how it works. I am very happy."

"**DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!** IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS, I WOULD. They tell you that they will deliver your furniture in 3 days, just to forget a whole box. Then, they promise they will deliver it the next day, just to DELAY IT AGAIN. From three days, five days, a week, two weeks, and then a whole month. Customer service is also EXTREMELY BAD. They put up an attitude with you every time. They are not professional at all with what they're selling and have absolutely no clue what they're doing. When they finally deliver the box that they forgot the first time, I open it and more than 10 COCKROACHES came out of the box. There were too many that I couldn't even get all of them. My house never had any issues with pests and they brought it here. To make things even worse, the bed is CHIPPED and the mattress smells PUTRID. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! IT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE"

"Do not buy from this vendor. They are completely disreputable. When you go in to shop they are super nice. After they get your money its another story. I ordered an item and paid in full. They told me it would be delivered within two weeks. 2 weeks became 4. Four weeks became 6. Every time i called they gave me a different excuse. Finally, after two months they told me the manufacturer stopped making the item. I asked why hadnt they issued a refund. He said they needed my card number. Could i give it to them over the phone. I did. Another two weeks went by. No refund. I called again. I was told the owner was off for a few days, to call back. When i called back i was told i had to physically come into the store with the card for them to issue the credit. I said well why did the owner ask for my card number over the phone? His assistant said oh he doesn't know anything about crediting transactions. (They have been in business over 20 years. He didn't know that?). A few days later i take a cab to the store and bring the credit card and the assistant tells me oh i need your receipt. I said you have a copy of the receipt. You didn't tell me i needed to bring the receipt. He says well i need it because anyone can come in with the receipt and ask for a refund. I said they would need to have the credit card and if you are not giving me the refund, knowing that i am the person who purchased the item with the credit card in hand, i doubt you are going to give a stranger off the street a refund for an item i bought. He says well i need the receipt otherwise i cant refund you. I said are you really going to make me go to court over this? He replied "It will be my pleasure!" These are the type of people who don't deserve to be in business. Buyer beware!"

"I’ll be honest, delivery scared us because of the reviews previously posted and we purchased from the store without checking the reviews. However, the manager of the store knew exactly what we were looking for just from our description. First couch he showed us, we fell in love! And the PRICE!!!! You will never find that price anywhere, unless it’s used on Facebook marketplace. We bought the couch on Saturday and received a free delivery and instillation on Monday. The only issue was no follow ups and the delivery did run 2 hours later than expected. BUT….the delivery guys were pros! They carried our couch up the stairs! Did not scratch or damage ANYTHING. Amazing guys! Great work."

"I had read the other reviews about this place and I ordered anyway. I very good friend of mine told me that he and many of his friends and family have ordered from this place for more than 20 years so I took a leap of faith and ordered. It took a few weeks for the stools to come in but I was thrilled when they did. I had ordered stools from an online website and it was a disaster so long I was glad that this order worked out so well. I'm not sure why the reviews were bad but I had a good experience and the people there were really nice. Sometimes you have to wonder but I'm glad I took this chance because I'm happy with my purchase and the price was totally reasonable. Of course you might have difficulty because they have no stock and everything has to be ordered from a catalog. So make sure you take your time, measure the space, and read the dimensions carefully. Go ahead and take a chance. This place is alright."
