"Everything was priced reasonably especially for NYC, I got 70s Wranglers and Chic jeans for under $50. Staff was welcoming, the lines for the waiting room were a bit long but nothing unreasonable. Another plus is none of the clothes smelled bad or were beyond saving. Very nice atmosphere and place, great selection."

"Came here with friends on a whim after brunch—didn’t experience poor customer service, but I’d love to see more size variety. There were barely any mediums and even less size large or xl. If you’re not a size xxs/xs you will struggle to find things. Typical nyc thrift prices, but not inexcusable."

"DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CLOTHES FOR EVALUATION HERE. They HAVE to be getting stolen. I dropped off a never worn Sacai knit sweater, once worn Marni pants amongst other high end good quality stuff and they were "not taken" but a pair of Zara trousers were? Everything that "isn't taken" is donated at 8pm so I feel almost certain that these items (which retail at over $2000 for the 2 named alone) were pocketed. I'm so disappointed."

"Decent stock and occasionally you can get good finds for good prices, especially the dresses. Unfortunately the staff are so rude, it really ruins it. Multiple staff members were on their phones and only acknowledged me after I stood basically right in front of them, clearly needing assistance. I asked one about a discount on a dress that was covered in cat hair (I’m allergic, and it was wool so dry clean only) and she acted like I was stupid and said “everything here is used” as if I had never heard of a thrift store before."

"Every time I come in here I leave with something super cute! I was a little wary to come in after reading negative reviews about the staff but I found everyone to be pleasant. I got a damson madder dress (WITH tags on) for 44.95 and a free people dress for 14.95! Love this location. I think the selling experience might be what’s drawing the negative reviews ¯\_(ツ)_/¯"
