"Got helped by Ben tonight and he was super helpful with picking out different color ways and had them come out super fast. also gave really good input cause i was trying to decide which one to get. he was very kind and affirming and made the experience really great and also helped me out with the zipper haha. shout out to ben and the crew, super friendly people there! 10/10 recommend pulling up to the store, good vibes in there"

We traveled all the way from San Antonio, Texas after hearing about this location, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The store is phenomenal, the prices are solid, and the customer service is top-tier. David and his team deliver an exceptional experience from the moment you walk in. I had hit almost every other BAPE store except this one, and I am so glad I finally came in. Not only was Jeremiah incredibly open and willing to help over the phone, but when I came into the store, David took the customer service to an extra level.
