"I should've read the reviews before I came here. Dropped off 4 items for my daughter. The guy who sits in the front made get try it on. It had an adjustable waist band but it was still too big. He said he would take it in and hem it and it would be ready in the morning. I called him at 9 and he said come in at 10:30. When I get there he's eating and of course he didn't take in the waist and wants to start arguing with me that I didn't tell him to take in the waist. I had already Zelled him $40 the day prior. He claimed the price didn't include taking in the waist. He said he could do it for an additional fee. I just walked out because I'm learning to not curse people out. I won't be coming back here."

"ENOUGH OF IT & UNFAIR. I have had the enough of this place after chances of chances especially with Rufus. I always give my items a lot of times 3/4 pieces I would pay a deposit and give ample time for it to finish I would come back sometimes 4/5 days after. My clothes will not be ready ALL THE TIME THIS HAPPEN the items are worked on when you appear not before. Even when you ask him when can I come for it he will tell you tomorrow and you show up and it’s still not ready you would have to be sitting & waiting for it. That’s not right. I left my pants there to alter along few other items he said he would take time for the pants when I came to collect I had to sit n WAIT ON HIM TO TAILOR ITEMS I BROUGHT IN DAYS AGO & and rushing me to try on. I had to leave the pants that he said would take time. All he was doing was adjusting the waist. I came for the pants 7 days after and he can’t find it, when he do find it which was 2 days had the audacity to say it was beside him and he couldn’t find it cause I took the bag it was in with the other finished items. LIES ON LIES Mind u the finished items were still in my car from I collect them days ago in a SHEIN bag that I left with not the market bag the pants were initially in. When I came to collect the pants it was still not ready. Like that’s ridiculous why bring clothing to tailor if it’s gonna be worked on the day of pickup after leaving it for so many days. When I went to him for the pants n it’s not ready he getting upset at me for getting upset that it was still not ready n he received deposit ALL THE TIME. So unprofessional & wicked telling me I need a husband cause I’m too upset over my own garment he messed up. If you dont mind leaving your garment for days and sitting n waiting on the day of pickup for it to be tailor go ahead. Thank god I found custom tailoring & alteration on 210 parkside brought my items n it was done in a timely manner and well sewed."

"Bad customer service experience while at this tailor. I felt ignored and disrespected each time I was there. If I had questions he would walk away to help other customers as if I didn't matter. It was highly offensive. He charged me $200 for wedding dress alterations that were not fully completed. Then I went back to have a shirt taken in. The shirt cost $20 and he felt it was reasonable to charge me $60 for alterations. When I said this was unreasonable, he ignored me and walked away. Total disrespect to the customer. More than all the money spent, I didn't like the way he made me feel. He came highly recommended by a family member but I won't ever go back. You don't treat customers that way."

"Bah saved the day! I received my birthday dress from the retailer which was beautiful, with very intricate details, but two sizes too big. Bah made the alterations in less than 24 hours at a fair rate. The dress fit perfectly with not a stitch out of place."
